Although the book is in its printing phase and not yet available in bookstores,
you can currently early-bird purchase directly via the publisher's website! When it becomes available in stores I will also put a link on this website to purchase directly.
The book will be in-stores around the end of November of 2008. Since there are many new releases it most likely will not appear on the book shelves unless there is a high demand. The book will be available in Europe and the US. Since the age of internet we can safely say it is most likely available world-wide as well!
