Presently the book is available in the U.S., some parts of Europe and Canada
Since there are many new releases it most likely will not appear on the book shelves unless there is a high demand. For this reason you can search for the book and/or inquire via a store clerk to request a copy using either the title, author name, and/or ISBN#: 1-60563-980-X
You can also do a simple web search of either the book title or my name to purchase online.
